Cameron Bice is co-founder and partner at Stride Commercial, where he leads the brokerage division, driving deal strategy and execution, cultivating client relationships, and building a team focused on delivering tailored commercial real estate solutions.

Before founding Stride, Cameron spent more than eight years representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across 500+ transactions in retail, office, industrial, land, and mixed-use assets. He got his start learning the demand side of leasing as a tenant rep broker with TenantBase, then joined Baker Storey McDonald Properties, a full-service firm with decades of Nashville market presence, before moving to Sagemont Real Estate, a growing boutique brokerage. Each stop sharpened his ability to create efficiencies, build relationships, and execute at volume.

Cameron is known for pairing a relentless work ethic with deep real estate acumen, a combination that allows him to move quickly and advise confidently across asset types and deal structures.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Cameron studied finance and economics at The University of Alabama with concentrations in real estate and sales. He moved to Nashville in 2017 to be part of everything the city has to offer, though he’ll admit the real reason was to follow his girlfriend, now his wife.

Cameron lives in Sylvan Park with his wife Kristen, their son Beckett, and their golden retriever, Ridley. Outside of work, he’s usually spending time with family and friends, especially if it involves being outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants, or catching live music.
